Upon acceptance of our proposal, the following additional documents will need to be completed and faxed to our office: General Agency Agreement (GAA), Credit Application and, PA Cancellation Notice.
If you have a print-out of your import/export tariffs or a listing of commodities and HS tariffs on disk, this will help us to expedite the set-up of your new tariff database as well as identify potential areas of duty recovery from your past transactions.
A list of your vendors and most frequently used carriers will enable us to notify them of the change in service providers so there are no border clearance delays during the initial phases of the transition.
