Download the Client Information Sheet here. This form will provide us with an outline of the various products you will be importing and exporting, as well as an indication of your estimated duty/tax outlays and various other information needed to prepare a competitive rate quotation. Once all applicable sections of the form have been completed, fax it to our office at 1-800-633-8038.
	We will review the information you have supplied in the Client Information Sheet and a Buckland sales representative will then contact you for additional clarification or discussion about your service requirements or objectives.
	Based on the information you have provided, along with the findings of any subsequent meetings or discussions, we will then prepare a detailed rate quotation or Customs Brokerage Service Proposal for your consideration.
	Upon acceptance of our proposal, the following additional documents will need to be completed and faxed to our office: General Agency Agreement (GAA), Credit Application and, PA Cancellation Notice. If you have a print-out of your import/export tariffs or a listing of commodities and HS tariffs on disk, this will help us to expedite the set-up of your new tariff database as well as identify potential areas of duty recovery from your past transactions. A list of your vendors and most frequently used carriers will enable us to notify them of the change in service providers so there are no border clearance delays during the initial phases of the transition.
